Abstract
European Research on Organisational Wellbeing and evaluation of the Psycho-social risks in a Multinational Company - Rosanna Gallo
MAIN OBJECTIVE
“To implement the Community Directive of March, 24th 2004 on the preventive approach to emerging psycho-social risks, looking for metrics describing uneasiness and wellbeing on the workplace. To provide practical proposals to prevent work syndromes and to promote wellbeing”.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
ü To detect metrics of personal/company uneasiness to prevent from hardships, individual/collective accidents and pathologies (e.g. anxiety, depression, stress, mobbing, burn-out);
ü To detect wellbeing metrics in order to promote personal, professional and organisational resources.
ü Detect personal and team strategies to overcome uneasiness and develop wellbeing
ü Provide guidelines, best practices, to overcome uneasiness and develop wellbeing.
METODOLOGY
SAMPLE
l 10% of the company population.
l Sufficiently representative in age, gender, seniority, hierarchical and geographical structure.
